Service boundary

RigorFrame is decision-support and operational-workflow software. It does not replace qualified engineering, safety, quality, regulatory, legal, financial, medical, or management judgment. Customers remain responsible for decisions, approvals, process controls, and validation.

Customer responsibilities

Prohibited use

Users may not bypass access controls, introduce malware, upload unlawfully obtained information, use the service to make prohibited automated decisions, or represent model output as independently verified evidence.

Method and trademark boundary

RigorFrame uses original workflows informed by public principles of operational improvement and decision science. Third-party framework names and trademarks belong to their owners. The service does not include licensed certification courseware unless separately agreed.

Commercial terms

Subscription, support, service levels, data-processing terms, warranties, limitations of liability, and renewal rules must be defined in the applicable order form or enterprise agreement.

These draft terms are an implementation artifact, not enforceable launch terms. Qualified counsel must tailor and approve them.
