Privacy notice

RigorFrame processes account, organization, operational-improvement, evidence, collaboration, integration, usage, and billing information to provide the service. Customer operational records remain scoped to the customer organization.
Data categories
- Account and identity information
- Organization membership, roles, and access configuration
- Cases, evidence, experiments, standards, actions, comments, approvals, and benefits
- Uploaded files and associated integrity metadata
- Usage, security, audit, integration, and support records
- Billing identifiers supplied by the payment provider
Purposes
Data is used to operate and secure the service, enforce permissions, provide collaboration, calculate product analytics, support customer-requested integrations, provide AI assistance when enabled, and meet contractual or legal obligations.
AI boundary
AI assistance is disabled by default for a new organization. When enabled, retrieval is limited to sources the requesting user may access. Customer content is not authorized for cross-customer training through this application.
Retention and deletion
Retention is controlled by organization policy, contractual requirements, legal holds, backup windows, and technical safeguards. Deletion requests are subject to security, legal, accounting, and audit obligations.
